Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of the product.

The buyer is responsible for return postage, and any lost of value, if the item is not returned in original condition.

Pack and Dispatch

Packing and dispatch can take between 1 to 3 days, not including weekends or Bank Holidays.

Bulk orders will only pay one postal fee.

Delivery is dependent on the country of destination, the time of year, and the post office Elves. Below is a breakdown of shipping timescales:

UK: 1 to 3 days

Europe: 7 to 10 days (im numbers are available to avoid extra tax costs.)

Australia: 14 to 16 days

America: 10 to 14 days

Japan: 10 to 14 days

New Zealand: 10 to 14 days

Bespoke Orbs

Waiting List and Timescales

The waiting list for Bespoke Orbs is currently six to nine months. The buyer will be kept updated on progress and timescales once work has started on the commission.

Costings, Postage and Packaging

The largest sized orb, a little larger than a medicine ball, is only available in the UK and the price starts at £700. These need to be either hand delivered or picked up from the artist’s studio.

The slightly smaller sized orbs, bowling ball size, can be posted worldwide and prices start from £300. With an additional £50 postage.
